About Our Founder
Dr. Ankur Bhatnagar (PhD)
Founder / President
Dr. Ankur Bhatnagar has a distinguished career in academia, training, and project management. Starting as an Assistant Professor in a college, he completed a two-year Azim Premji Fellowship and served three years as a resource person at the Azim Premji Foundation. He later held the role of State Head for Learning Services in Uttarakhand at TeamLease Services Ltd for six years. Currently, he leads MindClub Foundation, Uttarakhand’s only SEBI-recognized Securities Market Trainer organization and a vendor for the National Stock Exchange's Investor Awareness Program.
Dr. Bhatnagar is a dedicated financial literacy advocate, conducting over 2000 workshops and webinars in partnership with SEBI, NCFE, PFRDA, AMFI, ICAI, and NISM. An accomplished researcher, he has authored over 25 papers and participated in QIP programs at IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur. His accolades include SEBI’s 2024 Champion of Investor Education Award, ‘Best Resource Person in Uttarakhand’ (2017, 2019), and the AWOKE India Foundation’s Leadership Award.
Committed to nurturing talent, he has mentored 500+ students and managed impactful projects, including DDUGKY, ICICI Foundation’s CSR programs, Tata Capital initiatives, and the Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme.

Director
Dr. Minisha Gupta is an Academician and Researcher with over 15 years of diversified experience. She earned her PhD in Human Resource Management from IIT Roorkee, India, and has served at various Indian and international educational institutes in teaching and research. Her interests include Innovation Management, Organizational Change, Industry 4.0, Entrepreneurship, and Women Empowerment. She has published extensively in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC-ranked journals such as Sage, Emerald, Wiley, Springer, and Inderscience. Dr. Gupta has also contributed as a reviewer to leading journals like The Learning Organization, European Journal of Innovation Management, and Journal of Family Business Management, and has delivered lectures in India and abroad.

Princy Bhatnagar is a highly accomplished HR professional with 12 years of extensive experience in Human Resources and Marketing. Throughout her career, she has built a strong track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic HR management. Princy has successfully led HR operations at leading organizations like Vision India Services and the DDUGKY Project, where she played a key role in managing large-scale HR initiatives and implementing effective marketing strategies for recruitment and employee engagement. With a keen ability to align HR practices with business goals, she drives organizational growth while cultivating a positive and productive work environment.
Academic Team Executive
Mr. Abhishek Singh is a seasoned finance professional with over three years of experience, specializing in financial & investment training and project coordination. He has successfully led large-scale projects, including coordinating NISM certification training across colleges in collaboration with TeamLease and ICICI Foundation as well as contributed to process efficiency and compliance as Associate at Genpact . Abhishek has successfully cleared CFA Level I and holds NISM Series V-A, XII, and XV certifications, showcasing his comprehensive knowledge of mutual funds, securities markets, and research analysis.
